A summary of your legal rights is provided below:
· Requesting access to your personal data (generally known as "request for access from the data holder"). This allows you to receive a copy of the personal data that we keep about you when a customer is active and verify that we are legally processing it. If you want to access your profile picture, user name, e-mail address and other basic information or video, image, current subscription, device and other service information in your MiboCam account you can enter MiboCam and select the corresponding function button and access the relevant information.
Requesting correction of the personal data we hold about you. This allows you to correct any incomplete or inaccurate data that we keep about you, although we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data that you provide to us. If you want to change your nickname, e-mail address, etc. in your MiboCam account, enter the account and select the related function button.
· Requesting deletion of your personal data. This allows you to request deletion or removal of personal data when there is no good reason for us to continue processing it. You also have the right to request that we delete or remove your personal data in cases where you have successfully exercised your right to object to the processing (see below), when we may have illegally processed your information or when we are required to delete your personal data to comply with local laws. You also have the right to object when we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we can demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing your information that replace your rights and freedoms.
· Withdrawing consent at any time when we rely on consent to process your personal data. However, this shall not affect the legality of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We shall advise you if this is the case when you withdraw your consent. 9.
